The Plant-Based Home Cooking Guide is packed full of tasty recipes and home cooking hacks to help you get more creative and confident in the kitchen. Great for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters as a way to boost your nutrient intake while saving money and producing less waste.
My Plant-Based Home Cooking Guide (Lockdown edition) is available for you to download for FREE!
The main purpose in writing this short guide (which actually turned into an 8000+ words e-book!) is to offer support and inspiration to people like you who may have some experience of home cooking but who weren’t expecting to be thrown into 24/7 lockdown with limited access to supermarkets and fresh food (and a family demanding food every couple of hours while you try to juggle working from home).
My goal is to help you boost your own levels of courage and creativity in the kitchen so that you feel confident and relaxed ‘throwing’ ingredients together. After a while, the process of cooking becomes fairly intuitive – you start to get a feel for which flavours work well together and the best way to cook certain ingredients.
The Plant-Based Home Cooking Guide is packed full of all the meals and snacks my teenagers and I have eaten over the last 4-6 weeks (March/April 2020).
It’s budget friendly and every recipe or top tip can be adapted to suit the ingredients you have in the fridge at any given time.
BONUS: Even if you’re NOT eating a vegan or plant-based diet, you’ll benefit from lots of the ideas and home cooking hacks in this book. This book can be used as a base from which you can add your favourite (high quality) meat, fish, eggs or dairy if you wish.
